Welcome to Wales Obesity Support group. Although this is a Wales based support group, we also welcome anyone from England, Scotland, Ireland and anybody outside UK who would like to share their experiences with us. You may join if you have had weight loss surgery (Lap band, gastric bypass, sleeve gastrectomy, biliopancreatic diversion-duodenal switch) planning to have surgery or do not want to have surgery but simply want to talk and meet others to share their experiences.

The Wales Obesity Support provides support for each other by using the message board to contact each other to share information, experiences and lend a listening ear when needed. There will be a regular newsletter, tips and recipe of the month. In addition to the support provided through this virtual medium we will hold regular meetings where we hope to invite speakers to come along and share their expertise and experiences.

Registration is free. Once registered you can contact each other and can post messages on the message board to discuss anything you like (within reason).
